ISO 13250 to XTM 1.0 Document Transformation

This is a placeholder page for one that will include documentation and links to XSLT scripts designed to transform documents conforming to various ISO 13250 DTDs (both SGML and XML) into documents conforming to XTM 1.0 syntax. These scripts are graciously provided by TopicMaps.Org Participating Member Nikita Ogievetsky.
